We want you to have a smooth experience with YUG O YUK products. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and herbal items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The package is tampered or missing items

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased under discounts or offers
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
